**Activities Report 10/21/12
Everything is going
well in planning the Halloween Extravaganza.
We talked today about the final preparations and how much food to get
for the dinner. We are hopeful for
another successful function for the GTO area.
Anyone with willingness to help decorate at 1pm on Sat we would love to
have you and then anyone with willingness to help clean up afterwards we would
love to have you then as well! Dalmas
C will verify with Joe B that he still has willingness to speak at 8pm. I will be meeting Wes R later this week to
get a key for the gym. A special thanks
to everyone who has showed up, helped out, and provided ideas for this event!!!
The Vice Chair position
is open if anyone has a willingness to step up let us know!

** PUBLIC RELATIONS REPORT
Flyer
day on the 6th of October was a success, we covered most of the Route 60/
Barboursville area. We will be going in this Tuesday October 23 for the loved
ones group. The area website was addressed and is currently up to date. We are
moving forward with getting on the public access channel and possibly being a
part of upcoming drug summit. The subcommittee also passed a motion 2 place the
minutes on the area website without editting of names within the minutes, with
the understanding of not using last names is in line with our traditions. We
are also looking into possibly getting signs in the area for display on the TTA
buses.
