**Regional
Committee Members Report,
Greetings-
Nothing new to report at this time as
we have not met since last area. I have forwarded the full region reports
for Tom to forward on to all GSRs for anyone interested. I plan on
attending the upcoming Regional Service meetings on July 20-21, so I'll need
the money to do so. Also, this will be my last Regional Service meeting
as RCM. I will be more than happy to attend one more Region if the area
can find another RCM who needs me to go along to assist in the
transition. If there is not another RCM elected by the time the October
Region occurs, I will not be attending.
Grateful to Serve- Nick P

ACTIVITIES REPORT
Hello Family
The campout went very well! We
had a very high percentage of newcomers in attendance, which I was very pleased
with. In the end, we're returning $428.00 to area, and that is with a
large portion of the campers not contributing cash. Most, if not all
campers did, however, contribute in some way whether by food donations or
paying. Either way we made our money back and everyone had a great
time! While Tony and I didn't manage to get an exact head count, I would
estimate that we had approximately 35 campers with another 15-20 people
showing up during the course of the weekend to hang out for the day. The
breakdown for how the money was spent is as follows:
$252.00 campsites
$71.85 Burgers and hotdogs
$72.25 Sam's Club
$71.18 Walmart
$2.72 Grill Gas
$470.00 Total Spent
$498.00 Paying Campers/ Auction/ 7th
Tradition
I've given the cash ($428) to Tony to
turn over to the treasurer, along with all the receipts.
Grateful to Serve- Nick P
