GROUP REPORTS
Living in the Solution
Greetings from Living in the Solution,
Our average attendance is about 14 addicts per mtg.
The literature is stocked, the doors are open, & the life saving message is
being carried. We have a $20 donation to area this month. We are
asking for support for the meeting & are always looking for new home group
members.
Grateful to Serve,
Matt B
Hope Without Dope
All is well at the Hope Without Dope group of Narcotics
Anonymous. The doors are open on time, literature is on the table, coffee is
hot, and the NA message is being carried. We have 35-45 in attendance every
Sunday. We have no donation to area this month. Our votes on current motions
are as follows: YES on the motion brought by the Another Chance to
Live group to change language in policy to reflect the need for new meetings to
attend one (1) area service committee meeting in order to be added to the
schedule. YES on the motion brought by Hope Turns to Faith for the area to add
language to policy stating that an area inventory is required each year at the
June ASC meeting, as well as language stating that a treasurer’s report should
be forthcoming at the January ASC meeting. We are proposing a friendly
amendment to the motion brought by Hope Turns to Faith – the friendly amendment
would change the month designated for area inventory to the March ASC meeting,
since June is such a bad month to get anything done (Father’s Day, campouts,
activities, etc.)
Grateful to serve, Jason L.
Together We Can
The Monday Night Meetings Together We Can is going

Grateful to serve, Sean H Also DD I'm not sure Britney's last initial or if we
have a donation to area this month so you'll have to add that in. That's some
Spanish I threw in there since you'll most likely be reading this out loud ;)
your welcome. Love ya
Grateful to serve, Sean H
Greetings from Progress not Perfection
Our homegroup is doing well. Attendance is high. We are
stocking up on literature and key tags in Ripley. We are sending a member to
convention, so we don’t have a donation at this time. We continue with our
format out of the living clean book. We have had quite a few celebrations and
we have a 9 year celebration on Nov. 5th
Grateful to serve, Erica P.
Against all Odds
Meeting is going well, literature is on the table, the
message is being shared. No problems at this time. Rent is paid- Robbie C.
Hope
through Surrender
Greetings from the Hope Through Surrender group.
Our rent has been paid for this month, literature is made available, and the
message of hope is being shared. We do not have any new home group members to
mention of at this time, but we will be having a home group member celebrating
4 years clean on Thursday November 6th. The celebration will be a
regular meeting and we will have a cake. We want to invite everyone to come and
celebrate this miracle with us!
Regarding the motions that were tabled to home
groups, the Hope Through Surrender group voted unanimously in favor of the
motion made by the Against All Odds group to have Area provide 20 schedules to
each home group. Our home group voted unanimously to not change policy and have
a home group to attend one ASC and be placed on our meeting schedule. Our home
group also voted in favor of the motion brought by the Hope Turns to Faith
group to change policy and have an annual treasurers report provided in January
for the Area Inventory that will take place in June. Three members were for
this motion, one member was opposed.
In loving service,
-Hope Through Surrender home group
Gods Will

and freely in a atmosphere of NA recovery. We have a 30 dollar donation to

meeting to schedule. And yes to the area inventory motion.

High on life
Greetings from High on Life the homegroup has been open
every week with literature on the table, attendance is well with 40-50 addicts
in attendance weekly but we could use some support from more experienced
members. We have a $20.00 donation to area. We have 3 current active homegroup
members and could use help in that aspect.
Grateful to serve, James A.
Another look
Another Look Group is alive and well! We recently opened on
Tuesday night 7pm@ Tristate Worship Center 901 Solidia Rd. South Point. We
still meet @ 7pm on Friday night in Cattlesburg. We have an addict celebrating
2 years on November 7th. Our group is asking
area fir support in carrying the message in these cities where NA has never had
meetings. No donation at this time. ILS John M.

Greetings from the web. Everything is going great - both the web
and print versions of the area meeting schedule are up to date, region has been
notified of all area meeting information changes, and all received
announcements have been posted to the blog. Any upcoming announcements,
activities, or meeting changes should be emailed to gtowebservant@gmail.com.
There was a request to put the new meeting in South Point (Another
Look group) on the schedule, and I haven't yet updated the schedule to include
that meeting because of the recent language added to policy requiring two
attendances by a group's GSR for any new meeting. An announcement about the new
meeting was, however, added to the blog. If you have any questions, please let
me know.
-Grateful to serve, Jason L.
Old business
New business: Flyer
day coordinator step down from the position due to personal reason. Our group
conscience decided to plan a flyer day for November 15 at 1:00pm 10th st enterence to harris riverfront park. We will be
covering South Point, Barboursville, and the East end of Huntington
areas. Following will be fellowshipping and pizza.
White booklets are

schedule a visit.
NA literature and
information presentations look great at her place and Erica P will be taking
new regional schedules to them.
Loved ones group
was taken in by Nick C and Carrie G due to Ryan D being called out of town.
Thank you for showing up and helping on last minute.
A motion was made
to start a new position for loved ones, by Elijah. Seconded by Tanner. Vote
was: infavor 7, against 2, obstaining 2. And we discussed what all that
position would be responsible for. And that person will need to get literature
rack.
Also a motion for
schedule holder position was made by Ryan D seconded by Rachel N. Vote was
unanimous. This person will hold and keep schedules on hand for h&i, for
the home groups and for the schedule day coordinator.
Liz H was voted in
for our new library liaison and Ryan D will go to the marshall drinko library
with her to help and discuss her responsibilities.
PR has a few open
positions and ask for support and suggestions.

Hey everyone,
Riverpark adolescents 3N is doing amazing. Our panel members bring a
message of hope and freedom while the clients work steps and participate as
well. There was a situation where two staff members fell asleep during our
meeting and im not sure what to do about that if its my place to say
something. I want to let subcommittee know I now have a second job and will
be working every friday therefore missing sub committee meetings. If this
needs addressed just let me know thank you.

Greetings and TGIF Subcommittee members, happy October! Our Monday night
boys' 7PM H&I Panel at Pressley Ridge is still truckin'. We are exiting and
entering together and on time Many of the clients are receptive despite
distractions created by clients and staff not in attendance. Willingness is
strong among our members but some can't attend due to ride issues. The
message of hope is being carried! In Loving Service, Nick C.
P.S. I may not make it tonight to the subcommittee meeting as I work until
6:30, though I'm trying my best to get off early if possible.
The River Park Adult Short Term Unit is going well. Bo V. Has had an
opportunity to move to day shifts so I have been taking the meeting in
each week with the help of Ryan B, Joe M, and David B as of late. Bo
has informed me that with his job change he will have to be of service
at other panels. I just want to thank him for his service. I am able
to attend each week if there is no willingness, but I would love for
someone else to have the opportunity to share the panel with me. I
will be unable to attend subcommittee but I support the subcommittees
decision either way. Grateful to serve, Paul M.
Friday night Pressley Ridge girls H&I mtg is going well. The facility is trying to help with the previous noise problems. Last time we went in a girl tried to escape so it made it distracting for yhe girls attending but the staff moved us to a quite location. Willingness is good. Grateful to serve. Jenni H

addressed it in detail at the hni subcommittee. Otherwise all has been
fantastic. Grateful to serve, Elijah C.
Hello Fellow Drug Addicts,

ass. Grateful to serve, Nate H.
